If your bonnet doesn't fit quite right after trying it on, we're here to help.

Our adjustable Stay-On Tech™ design allows you to customize the fit for your head size. Before requesting a return, we encourage you to watch our quick adjustment guide or contact our team for personalized fit recommendations.

Common issues we can usually help fix include:

  • Bonnet feels too tight
  • Bonnet feels too loose
  • Bonnet slips off overnight
  • Bonnet feels too large

If It Still Doesn't Fit

If you've tried adjusting your bonnet and it still isn't the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Because bonnets are personal care products and cannot be resold once tried on, we offer the following options:

  • Receive a 50% refund after we receive and inspect your returned bonnet.
  • Receive a 100% store credit toward another BonnetKits bonnet or product after we receive and inspect your return.

Store credit never expires and may be used on any product in our store.

If Your Bonnet Has Been Worn Overnight

Once a bonnet has been worn overnight or used as part of your nightly routine, it is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

If you're experiencing issues with fit or comfort, please reach out to us. Our team is happy to help troubleshoot sizing, adjustment, and styling tips to help you get the best experience from your bonnet.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Bonnet must be returned to us.
  • Bonnet must not show excessive wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
  • Returns are subject to inspection before a refund or store credit is issued.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it may be discarded or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

Whenever possible, eligible returned bonnets that cannot be resold are professionally sanitized and donated through charitable organizations that support women and families in need.
